We operate at any scale of technological advancement – from small booths using hand guns to complete, automated and robotic painting lines. We specialize in manual applications using basic models of transfer pump as well as automated applications using ABB painting robots.

PAINTING SERVICES
We offer precise and repeatable painting services on our semi-automatic technological line. The service is dedicated to customers specializing in unit and small-lot production, requiring a repetitive and automated painting process, whose scale of production does not determine the possession of their own devices or lines. Painting services are carried out using materials provided by the client.

Technological line equipment
We have a technological line that allows us to carry out production tests and paint services on entrusted details. Our technological line is equipped with:
- two-track chain conveyor for precise transport of details between stations and devices,
- application station with an ABB industrial robot,
- feeding and spraying devices configured depending on the requirements,
- ventilation cabin with dry, double air filtration,
- a chamber with active carbon cartridges to clean the air from the ventilation cabin,
- chamber furnace with ceramic radiators for heating the details.
