Designed for both water-based and solvent-based coatings, this system eliminates leftover paint in the lines by using a specially designed “pig” — a flexible device that perfectly fits the inner diameter of the hose. The pig pushes the exact amount of paint needed for the job, along with a small buffer, directly to the color changer and then returns any unused paint to the container after application.

This method significantly reduces the need for traditional circulation systems, cutting down on paint loss, purge solvent consumption, and color changeover time.
