High-Precision, Clean Paint Application

The EcoPaintJet combines a robotic arm, advanced measurement sensors, and a specialized applicator to deliver highly accurate paint coverage. The system scans the target surface and sends real-time data to intelligent control software, which calculates the exact path and paint volume required. What sets this system apart is its ability to apply paint without any overspray — eliminating the need for manual masking and significantly reducing material waste. This not only saves time but also supports more sustainable production processes.

How It Works

Designed for flexibility, the EcoPaintJet can be integrated into both new and existing paint lines. In automotive applications, it is mounted on a robot and applies decorative coatings directly to selected areas. The applicator features a nozzle plate with around 50 ultra-fine holes, each just 0.1 mm in diameter. Paint is dispensed in parallel lines from a 30 mm distance, ensuring clean, sharp edges and zero overspray.
