WHAT HAVE WE WORKED ON?
The device for semi-automatic dispensing of sealant into the seal profile consists of a seal dispensing station into a rubber profile in the form of a closed welded section and a frame squeezer for 200L drums, feeding the sealant from the drum to the precise dispensing system of the stand. The device is adapted to work with a nominal dosing capacity of 1 to 3g of sealant over a distance of 40 to 100mm in a seal profile with a maximum total length L = 3700mm.
